Joan, I don't really know their cost of delivery. But I do know that they agreed to the most recent cutback because $17 a barrel really cut into them and the Saudis were getting ready to move it down to $16 if any big producers balked.

I love the sweet crude and sour crude and iso crackers and all that good stuff. But Russian oil ranges widely in quality, as it is a pretty big place. I suspect the average quality is much lower and more expensive to refine than the Saudi crude.
