LOL! John,, many CEOs are getting this type of BS as most SHs are only looking at the huge salary + options they are being overpaid. If this crap was noticed by more maybe it would be curtailed.cpq had little choice but to overpay MC and continue to do so as they could find no one willing to take the job at any salary. Since taking over the stock has about halved I THINK,,, So why has his compensation not kept up with the share price? LOL! He would still be way overpaid!
