How true.

They'll start making "smart" coffee pots, blenders, lawn mowers, stereo's, etc. in order to find more products to jam chips into. PC's are hopelessly commoditized now. They need to invent something new, revolutionary, astounding, something we never thought of before.

the problem there is most people will opt for some pos like a dell dementai 2100 with crap components and still pay to much...i can build a better pos for half that...and in a case that has room for a few extra drives..

and for high end pc's i still can build for 40% less..

it just tells me theres more margin pinching to come for the box makers
