Honestly I do not know what significance this has. I expect the best person to ask is a C&T lawyer (but you already knew that:)

The timing certainly appears interesting.

Would be interesting to look at drugs already approved (by other pharmas) their FDA approval dates and their trademark registration dates -- there may be a pattern.
