Small claims court would be the place for that one.

podstock, I agree, it seems pretty cut and dry. The reason given for the bad fill was "it was a fast moving market", they said "the order was placed appropriately"... I called again and they are going to re-review it.

What's the use of a stop-loss order if they can sell your stock above that price and then just say "sorry, it was a fast moving market".

If I had left and not noticed that order got executed by error I would have thought I still owned the stock at end of day since it never traded that low, and it would have cost me $6,000. It still cost me $930 to buy it back at 29.43.
