The Democrats created the Independent Counsel to harass Republicans. Appallingly, it bit them on the derriere, in the case of Clinton. ************************************************************************* Aha! That's my point. Thanks for pinpointing the beginning of the legal circus. The Democrats would probably argue another previous legal action against them was the beginning of the slippery slope on which we still slide. It reminds me of the Israeli/Palestinian situation. Who committed the first atrocity against the other?.....the blame game is endless.
