ORBT is an unknown defense play, probably qualifies as a rat at $3.75 with lots of upside and a strong chart. I am long from 3.15.

I'll be very pleased to buy you a drink :) I didn't notice USPL today, I even checked the t/a on it last night and decided it looked good... grrrrr I was in Tampa again the past 2 days, and on the way back I had thought about stopping by their plant in Ocala to check it out.
