Skeeter, re: "ps - it was a little grating to get insulted for 1-2 years... be dead right on the long run theme... and then have the insulter run away w/o a peep. FWIW."

Interesting you felt that way, so did I. FWIW, I was not the initiator of the insults. I thought in the early years, you and I had a friendly disagreement and then for some reason which I do not understand it turned hostile.

The reason for my disappearance was my loss of interest in buying and following individual stocks. I bought GTW (and Dell)in December of 1995 at $5 (spilt adjusted) and made a lot of money on it. I sold in November of 2000 (after the explosive news) in the $18-20 range. Should I have seen this coming, yes. I did a lot of due diligence and still got screwed. This is why I have decided to invest my energy in more productive ways (like spending more time with my wife and two babies) and investing in mutual funds. Will I return someday? Maybe. When I do it will be with the wisdom of this learning experience.

Best of luck to you my friend.

:o)
