I am confident that there are in fact many Muslims who oppose these acts but the problem seem to be that they are in the minority or are afraid to publicly take a stand against them. The situation in the west bank is the same. They say they want peace, but they teach their little children that their highest calling in this life would be to become a suicide bomber. We constantly hear about how there are so many children killed by Israel, but who allows, even encourages, their children to go and throw lethal projectiles at people with guns???? I wouldn't sacrifice my kids like that. You really have to wonder what is wrong with them in the head. If Israel gave them everything they asked for and more they would turn around and try to kill them anyway. Israel itself is an affront to Islam, and that is the root of the problem. For Islam, the proof that my god is bigger than your god will only come with the destruction of the nation of Israel. Even if some peace is arrived at it will only represent a chance for the Muslims to regroup and attack when they think they can win. If you'd like, I'll tell you what I really think. LOL!
