Someone called Wakeman is in trouble in England for his part in Ernon, I understand.

It could be. I can't find any links with the name "Wakeman" and "Enron". Enron-UK has/had around $2B in energy contract business in the UK, but back in November their contracts were terminated [UK terminology: "in administration"]. There was also a lot of Enron loan exposure throughout Europe, I think Ireland and Germany took the brunt of it. If you're throwing around Billions in energy contracts and loans...I suspect you'll find some dirty hands.
