In this post, you seem to be suggesting we set up a capitalistic system in which no business fails.

Much larger scandals are taking place each and every day by government bureaucratic institutions. The waste fraud and abuse in Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and other government agencies make Enron look like a corner drug store.

Enron workers and investors took the risk and got burned. "Fleecing of America" is not predominately being done by our businesses. It's being done by government bureaucracies.

If one needs to be outraged, that's the place to start.
