"Jerry has changed and in the last CC he said that AMD's next fab would be a foundry deal. " No. He said there would be a foundry deal announced by the end of January. He also mentioned in the Q301 CC that they were limited to a maximum of 20% that they could out source, but if they had a joint venture, they could do more. They have been very upfront about looking for a partner for their next fab. They also said the same about Fab30, and that didn't happen...
