Good evening Jay... maybe there IS something to all this press coverage of Enron: Message 16993411 WEll, we all knew Bush was an "oil" guy, probably not that surprising or shocking. Gold stocks continue to outperform here with POG going nowhere.... wonder if someone knows something... hmmmmmmmmm. Well, I know that if I was working for Goldman or JPM and knew that we were going to unwind our gold carry trade or take some other action that would force up metals prices substantially, a nice way to mitigate losses [or simply take advantage of the info] would be to buy up a bunch of Gold stocks before hand. Hell, it's not even illegal I suppose. Anyway, that's my conspiracy theory for tonight <VBG> DAK
