Take a look at how much of its business is in the IAG. It's absolutely true that they've poured many Billions of dollars into an effort to diversify the company, but, so far, the money has disappeared down a rathole. Whining and wailing and calling me names won't change the percentage contribution of PC-CPUs in Intel's business.
