Hi, Raymond!! Re WEF, etc ...

<<NO APARTHEID FOR IMMIGRANTS! HANDS OFF OUR CIVIL
RIGHTS!
An attack on the civil rights of immigrants is an attack on the civil
rights of us all. No Military Tribunals! No racial profiling! Free all the
detainees! General amnesty for all immigrants! We need our rights if
we are to fight for a new world free from the tyranny of corporate
greed.>>

Thank you for posting these links. The above re the WEF strikes me as particularly timely and hugely meaningful; and within the last hour, I caught an interview on MS-NBC re New Orleans resembles 'Camp X-Ray' this weekend (BTW: what is the rationale, history of the name of this place in Cuba? Do you know? Why is it name 'Camp X-Ray'? Signifying what? .... ANYHOO, I'll have to catch it again to recall who it was ... 1/2 Arab/1/2'Caucasian' ... local N.O. police collared him and ran FBI checks on him ... and he said he actually felt 'reassured' that simply with the 'fact?' that he must 'resemble' someone 'suspicious,' he was happy to be interrogated on the streets of New Orleans. Made him 'feel better.' He enjoyed mentioning contacts at the White House ...

I'll post who it was ... familiar name ... he's a journalist, I think .... will post later if I see it again.
