Agree on GATA. The only surprise could be that the judge does allow a discovery phase. No one expects anything from the GATA case since the judge already threw out most of the claims. Gold is going up because JPM and the rest of them have huge liabilities in derivatives imo. I figured it would take about 430 British auctions to cover the liability of the US goverment and the major banks. Its a rough calculation but its a lot more than the 1 (last) scheduled auction coming. M.
