I've had the same problems with market orders with E-Fade.

Another E-Fade source of income is fading your limit orders. If the Ask is 10.99 and I put in a limit order to buy at 11.00, E-Fade pockets the penny and executes the trade at 11.00. Datek executes at 10.99 if the stock symbol has more than 3 letters. I dunno if this Fraud, but it is systematic.

Also, orders to buy that are just above the bid take a long time to get executed, but the disputes can be resolved over the phone if you have time and sales data from somewhere else. If the price moves south in the next hour so your order is executed -- after E-Fade's third party execution pockets a few cents. If the price moves north, picking up the phone is required for execution.

I've already move one account from E*Trade and will move another.
