Shaddup a-hole... This is a problem which has existed for decades. Its not unique to the Bush Admin. nor does it indicate any corruption by Rumsfeld. Your constant petty, partisan, whining, demolib pinhead postings constitute spam at this point....

Absolutely incredible. The solution is Leadership and Accountability. Anybody that fails to support absolute top-to-bottom accountability through all the failed departments of government is like sheep lamely going to slaughter. When we start breaking out military and other dept's expenditures, that will start to expose some of the trillions in mismanaged and criminally predatory enterprises. The excuses are interesting. I hear "never mind, these were from previous administrations", certainly that must be a joke. Who of the past 5 administrations were responsible? It'll be interesting to see the responses to that question.
