But that is not the whole story. Bush's strong supporter Rupert Murdock owns the network... People in high places, use people in high places and all people in high places all know each other. It's not like there's another choice for networks in the Superbowl. On the other hand, I don't expect they'll be a lot of crack junkies or heroin addicts kicking the habit as a result of those 30 second spots. So I don't get why one wants to spend the $3M at all.
