Great insight Victor. Where's the cutoff line? Tough question. I suspect that on the surface and in the courtroom it will revolve around the definition of "insider", and that legions of lawyers, paralegals, judges, clerks, talk-show hosts and members of the press (and thus the general public) will wrestle over this for the next few months with all the spirit and enthusiasm of a crowd at a lynching. Another line of reasoning would suggest that it will need to be more than three and less than twenty. Regardless of how many people did what and to whom. John
