FWIW: I sold my 2000 shares of IDTI at 29.27. I will look to get back in again soon. Although I do not think the run on the SOX is done yet IDTI surprised me with the sell off today. I did not want to miss the opportunity to bank some profits.

Yes but in 96 it had reached such depressed valuation levels that it was not trading at 100+ times next years earnings. The general public is much more tuned into the semi sector than it was in 96 and has kept the prices more richly valued.
