Paul,
I guess that HUI/XAU shooting star is negated now, ggg. In the bear market days for gold over the last few days, gold often sold off on a Friday afternoon. No one wanted to hold a declining asset over the weekend, especially a holiday weekend when shorts often setup Monday morning ambushes.
I'll be interested to watch the activity this afternoon, would be an sentiment indicator.

No one has a good exlanation for this move except it's "technical".

Bullfeathers, price and its record in TA shows the fundamentals and/or the news that is coming, and this is very much a tendecny in the pm sector. You never hear why until the move is at least half over, especially the big moves. I particularly do NOT like trading PM's based on news.

Edit PS, 285 spot breached!

Best of luck,

Roebear

Kastel, don't be cheap :) but then again you might just get it on the next pull-back "if" and "if" is a big "if." Just remember one thing here my friend... Genoil just entered the "castles in the air" or better yet, "pie in the sky" category of play.

This stock is now driven by non-systemic events, things like PR, rumours and TA drive this stock. :) Just remember to sell whenever the market cap hits the billion dollar range.

BTW, it was my best performer today -- +20%

Regards
Frank P.
