That story has a surreal component.

They won't clean up the accounting and regulatory mess that is pumping existing stocks, but they'll do this? The chairman of the SEC in bed with the big 5 auditors, but they still have time to think up this crap?

Lone gone, the SEc would better serve the public by publishing a follow up of analysts recommendations on the DOT.CON companies and how their predictions panned out. Better yet what about ENE? mike
