Frank Partnoy is an excellent analyst. "Enron's derivatives dealings with outside parties resulted in material information not being reflected in market prices" The answer is for each investor and taxpayer to find a trusted voice. In this case, it's Frank Partnoy. And NOT Anderson Consulting or ENRON or any of its officers. In the case of the government, it's yet to be determined, but maybe the GAO. And NOT the Defense Department or the administration spokesmen.
