Could it perhaps be that these races believe a lot in family values and also that there are very few of these ethnic groups born out of wedlock? I forget the exact number, but something like 70 to 80% of all African American children are now born out of wedlock. They also have the highest infant mortality rate. Coincidence?
I wonder why the article came up with no answers. Would that not be politically correct?
