I don't know, I did not like WCOM at $14, nor at $12, and i don't like it more at under $10. They are heavily leveraged and a big chunk of their business (long distance) is declining.

All I can tell y ou is at an InterOp convention there seemed like TWO HUNDRED MCI/Worldcom'ers running around, in a horribly overbudgeted and useless marketing campaign a couple years ago.

I've bought thousands of data lines from WorldCom and other vendors, and they have their work cut out for them, with the prices dropping through the floor, and wasting months of marketing only to finally get a deal at 1/3rd the price. That's compared with the specialty bandwidth vendors that blast in w. rock-bottom prices and get the business in a few weeks.

If they can produce honest top-line growth I'd buy. Don't see it yet.
