Brother Jim i know the issues there have you seen the companies vrsn has bought, mostly cash cow businesses. Vrsn is diversifying revenues so far no problem with them. Valuation is compelling too. Oh i just thought you might want too Vrsn that's all My Son.

Wall street hates it because of declining cash flow, via its acquisition Network solutions. I figure its more than that0<< deferred revenues where down last qtrly earnings. and up this recent qtr. you might want to watch this figure and its under Accounts payable. Most of there one time charges haven't affected cash as been the buying spree lately into small companies and good businesses mostly accreative.
