Anything which violates consent or competence I call wrong.

So it's wrong to incarcerate someone for "breaking the law" unless the prisoner consents to be jailed?

When you start talking about "consent", and ANY violation, it begins to get iffy for me- what do you mean by consent? Seems to me that could get thorny. Of course so can the definition of causing suffering- sometimes causing suffering prevents greater suffering- but it is difficult to always do that calculus perfectly.
