Yup nice inverted H&S. H&S can have only the 2 shoulders, or a double head and no shoulders. Measure =+15/20 , technically short term.

ADX and MACD are high though, but we might run some from here.
Keeping 75 as a possible retest on pullback (and last whistle before the train departs: indicators have to be reset <g>).
But look at the silver miners.
