That should be a feather in the cap of the originator, regardless of whether it ends up being a hotbed of controversy dominated by RWE.

Hey, let's talk about the meaning of "is" for starters. I say it might be overused, but through no fault of it's own. Does it really indicate, with no guile or deception, the present condition or somewhere else in time/space.
