I heard some economist said tech spending will rise 15% this year. Somehow I doubt it.

nasdaq..bulletin board..pinksheets..tell what that differs... there is no growth yet...30 year yields going back under 7%..feds stay neutral for 12-18 months, debt has no limits 20 Times earnings is 9 months away..and thats still a sell signal.. none of these players come through in 02....you will see.. Hype..never holds..
