I heard some economist said tech spending will rise 15% this year. Somehow I doubt it.

nasdaq..bulletin board..pinksheets..tell what that differs...

there is no growth yet...30 year yields going back under 7%..feds stay neutral for 12-18 months, debt has no limits

20 Times earnings is 9 months away..and thats still a sell signal..

none of these players come through in 02....you will see..

Hype..never holds..

It just means, know where the value is. Not much point in going Chicken Little till the sky drops a chunk or two.
