Ann Corrigan, What's ignorant about it? That is the argument used by many women that use abortion as a tool for contraception. I know it must have some credence to it, because it pissed you off. BTW, every women I ever left, was far better off financially than when the relationship began, and none of them were pregnant at the time, so there were no "dire straits". It is a pity the relationship had to end at all, but some of them began to think like you. That made the situation intolerable.
