Hi KB,

I've been terminally shy over on the Enron Scandal threads. Sorry to be such a stranger. You know me, just a sugarbear lookin' for a honey pot of controversy and downside opportunity. The field is full 'o good ideas for Chapters 11, 18, 22 and 7. I'm so happy there are Artful Andersens in this world.......

Re: "What I am actually trying to do is fill my portfolio with the Halliburtons and Tycos of the world"

I believe you could substitute "the Enrons and Kmarts" of the world as well, since that is the risk.

What risk? Looks like a no-brainer to me. Go short. Doug Kass was just on CNBC's "America Now (&Then)" he was giving Jimmie Cramer the bidness for being long TYC. Kass made some real good points. Like roll-ups don't work. Never have, never will.
