TYC is a house of cards. They can pump it up, but they can't do it forever. Kozlowski(sp?) didn't even come close to coming clean on the breakup announcement. Still a lot of hanky panky in the accounting fictions.

HAL - Don't count on tort reform of the sort you are thinking of this year. ENE has put an end to any of that. It would be completely too stupid for the Republicans to attempt to pass legislation to try to hide corporations from liability in this witchhunting climate. Thank you, Ken Lay... <g> BTW, the last settlement on asbestos that sent HAL plummetting was for about $13 Million per individual, if I recall correctly. Way out of line, and will be lowered if not reversed on appeal. But to say only the lawyers make out is not entirely accurate.
