gdichaz: What is particularly laughable about all this is the roll out of Metro in Florida which declared bankruptcy and is now operating. (Using the LEAP Wireless model BTW) General Wireless did not lie on it 's applications regarding foreign ownership! Nextwave was never legally entitled to bid in Auciton 5. They have LIED, and LIED, and LIED. No wonder no one every wanted to provide funding to them. You know what they say.. Never lend money to a LIAR! Maybe you consider it funny. I consider it making a mockery out of the US system that was designed to help small business, and promote competition.
