the simple fact is that you are incorrect, but you post as though you are the last word on the subject. and here is where you are incorrect "If you request a cash refund, prepare to give your telephone number" YOU might work at a store that has this for a policy, but i have already told you that when i encounter this personal info request from a store, it is RARE. that means that lots of stores give refunds for cash purchases without asking me for my name, address and phone number. "or make an ass of yourself" you see, i never suggested nor implied that YOU are an ass for saying the same darn thing, over and over, that i know to be incorrect. so my guess is that the shoe probably fits you a little better than me, phil (by your own admission, too).
