PCSTEL, what big fuss? An SEC filing isn't a big fuss. I'd say it's necessary. Also, as a QCOM shareholder, I want to know about $300 million going or not going to NextWave. Also, it shows Hollings, the FCC and co-conspirators that there isn't going to be any more money for them to get their greedy paws on unless they agree to NextWave's property rights as adjudicated by the judges.
