It would be easier for you to take your business elsewhere than spending time trying to explain to law enforcement why these threats of physical violence that you are making aren't serious. There are alternatives to QCharts you know. Many of us took them over having to deal with datafeed issues. Life is too short to get mad about things like this.

Actually you may find them to be particularly helpful and concerned. I went there last year raging mad and spent 15 minutes talking to the head engineer who gave me his direct line and was very courteous when I did call him direct several weeks later. The problems were fixed after the server farm move was completed, and problems have only been occasional since then. I have found most Qcharts problems to be related to my internet access BTW. DSL cleared all the problems right up.
