How much do these guys get paid per piece and trick?? Are they offered a guaranteed second identity, SS-number and everything, wife, kids and all?? Or do they just need to stay close to their buddies for the rest of their expected intellectual life?? Ilmarinen Is it really true that the winner-takes-all majority of anglo-american journalists thought they would earn their living writing poetry, become a modern Shakespear, a regular Breznevian-Orwellian propaganda artist or is it just the way things are or work out?? For some strange synchronous reason it seem to have coincided with the auction of the one and only four perpetual property rights to TV broadcasting, maybe much like the NextWave of today and the decision on 30kHz TDMA some 10 years ago.. (until Nixon made sure CSPAN would be funded by the cable guys, still a mystery how he and Brian Lamb did it) For an investor that last thing obviously points to the modular digital terrestrial thing, something CSPAN and Brian Lamb has been quacking about for a long time, but the commersial rubber-maiden-ducks stand in a tight row, wiggling their behind if anyone has the time to look, inbetween the commersial interrupts.
