I am afraid I am a fink on term limits. We need seasoned people to hold office, if only because they can reign in the bureaucrats. I am also a fink on campaign finance. I think that our system is entrepreneurial. Candidates look for investors. They should not make specific promises, but they should find people who will subscribe to their platform, and/or think they can win. I agree with the desirability of tort reform, and I think we can get it, too. But it will take a more Republican Congress........
