Publishing the entire article on the GATA Yahoo! Group would be a violation of both the CBS copyright and the Yahoo! Groups Terms of Use, if permission was not obtained. Now maybe Chris Powell received permission and my concerns are not valid. Likewise, you just published the entire article in GPM. Unless you obtained permission, you just violated CBS copyright and Silicon Investor Terms of Use. I'm not going to make a big deal out of it, but I think we should all be careful when we "borrow" the works of others. When I post a story, I post the headline, one or two sentences in quotes (not more than 25 words), and a link to the ORIGINAL source of the article.
