It's not revisionist. I can't find it, though I've looked, on this thread is a transcript from the PBS show on the Gulf War. Margaret Thatcher is quoted as saying "we should have finished the job" re: baghdad. I mean, didn't you wonder why Saddam was left in power. It was in the news, saying Presidents come and go but Saddam stays. His republican guard was in dissary, the Iraqi people were ripe for a new leader. If you want me to pursue it, I'll search PBS's sight, and get it. But not this second.
