Thank you for your friendly response, HR. I wrote because of your courage to "scaledown buy" INTC back when you were vocal about buying at $60ish and $45ish. I think it shows real confidence in a company to do scale down buying during times of distribution in a stock, esepcially a quality name such as INTC. I was just curious if you kept on scale down buying, that is all.

A friend of mine got in at $33 ish before the plunge to sub $20, and is now only back to breakeven land. I just thought I'd share your scale down buying story with them after I found out if you continued to scale down buy to the sub $20 level, that is all.
