I didn't realize that. I thought Winnick was basically a Democratic fundraiser. Do you happen to have a URL to provide on this data point? This is interesting. So far, the media hasn't been able to get much traction our the
"stock for access" deal that Bush 41 got from Winnick.

What do you suppose Winnick was trying to buy from McCain? I don't recall seeing much data on McCain's record on telecom legislation. In comparison, Tauzin and Dingell, on the House side, are in the back pocket of the RBOCs. But the McCain thing is a mystery to me.

Please advise.
