Notice they're really grooming Marcy on CNBC to replace MB now that the latter has dead hair syndrome. The makeovers was very noticeable. I thought the funny thing on WSW was Ned Davis recommending people be "very slightly overweight" in stocks, and then saying he was 65% invested. It's almost as good as the Value Line model that they trumpeted as predicting the September bottom as the low. While in the September 21 issue, Value Line lowered their allocation from 70 percent stocks to 60 percent due to uncertainty, and stayed there.
