A) Those who are reluctant to be a Muslim because they are born into it and can not do anything about it! As such these reluctant Muslims unknowingly defend their religion (which they have been born into and have no clue as exactly what it is) in order to satisfy their ego and self-righteousness. B) Then you have the real Muslims. These are the people that truly understand Quran, have read it and strongly believe in it. They do follow it to the last letter word-by-word. These are the Aytollahs and their followers, Osama groupies, and the so called suicide bombers. They are in minority, however they have a very loud dangerous and violent voice which makes the majority (those expressed in part a above) intimidated.C) There is also a 3rd type of Muslim. These are the people who are well aware of what Islam is all about, and even though they are reluctant to admit it, they do tend to distance themselves from their religion "as is" (examples of such people include Mohammad Alis of the world, etc.). They do practice a version of Islam that is more human and abides by the rules of civilized common sense. I like to think that the vast majority of Muslims do belong to this group. This is the group that will in the final analysis be responsible for the completion of Islam sanitation process.
