Greenspan trying to make Bush a ONE TERMER. Terminal disease symptoms: the bad economy, hiked interest rates, stock crash, recession/global depression, Communist China WTO permanent most favored nation trade status, Chinese spy plane scandal, Bin Laden and the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks etc. Especially terminal to the prospects of recapturing Congress 2 years from now which is a prerequisite to maintaining the Presidency, is going to be the long crawl out of the recession because Greenspan's Federal Reserve did not lower rates ONCE MORE at least a meager 1/8th, or standard 1/4, even 1/2 (50 basis points), this coupled with the ENRON scandal, does not bode well. Any of these on their own would not harm re-election prospects, but acting together as a whole, they may doom this Presidency to ONE TERMER SYNDROME. I will vote him, but our work is uphill, up capitol hill where the tax breaks are too little (10% a year for 10 years), too late, and the economic stimulus package is dead and stonewalled that is DASHED BY DASHEL's Senate. Greenspan is working for the democrats, and in the process against every American business and American domestic corporation and taxpaying American Citizens. The proof is that the market should be recovering right now, not sliding, if the economy is going to recover 6 months down the road from the typical pre-recovery market recovery....which is not happening yet.
