Earning from deriv. is not reported from press release or from conference call. Will need to see 10k to repute the statement. Is not clear where he got his info.

I don't know where this "shorter" is getting his information from, but as far as I'm concerned its more of "the sky is falling" irrational exuberance to the downside. The company has opened its books to the world. With the Enron mess still in the headlines, I believe we'll see additional backing and filling between the lower 10s and the 12s before the stock finally begins to make a move back to 20 sometime during the summer (depending of course on the markets).
