I reread that part and you are absolutely correct; which is even more reason for Intel to have just simply given AMd their notice, if AMD or Jerry's mouth was the problem. The problem really was the second source clause Intel had with IBM. Getting rid of AMD would have posed no problem for Intel; all Intel had to do was give a 1 yr notice of termination of contract.
