Please, no lawyer jokes.

Making fun of bland, pompous, and officious people
serves no purpose but to offend.

Replying in kind to self-infatuated people
who belittle the backgrounds and professions of others
might rekindle memories of difficulties and past failures
in subjects such as Math 101.

No, it is better to be gracious and noble, and to accept
these barbs from simple minds.

I know if someone would make jokes about nuclear engineers, or quantum physicists, or CEO entrepreneurs of photonic startups, I would feel personally offended, because I can sympathize and feel their pain.

So, once again, please, no lawyer jokes. Let's keep thread values high and stay on-topic.
